Are you experiencing inconsistency with App performance or crashing? If so, try relaunching the App to ensure everything is refreshed. You can find the instructions HERE.
If relauching the App does not resolve the problem, please delete and reinstall a fresh copy of the App. To simplify the process, we recommend having a registered account. You can find more information HERE.
To do this, follow the steps below:
1.) Locate the App. If it is a Newsstand App, open Newsstand and find the Magazine App
2.) Tap and HOLD the App until it begins to ‘wiggle’.
3.) Tap the “X” in the upper left hand corner of the App icon.
4.) When prompted, tap on "Delete"
5.) Reinstall via the App Store. You will not be charged to re-download an App you already own.
6.) Once the App has been reinstalled, please ensure you are logged into your registered account to view your purchased library.
