Where is the new issue?
The publisher schedule the date that a magazine issue is released. Because digital and print editions are on different platforms, the release dates may not always be the same. Once the digital issue is available , you will receive an email and/or push notification.
Where are my purchases?
If you notice that your purchases are not available for download or showing a price tag, you may be logged out of your account. For instructions on how to log into your account, please click HERE.
I'm logged in and still can't access my issues, what else can I try?

I am getting the error: "This app was purchased by a different AppleID", what does this mean?
This error appears if the App is purchased using a different AppleID/iTunes Account than the one currently logged in to. To resolved this, please log in using the original AppleID. If you do not remember which AppleID was used to make this purchase, please contact Apple for further assistance.
How do I view my purchases on another device?
To be able to see your purchases more than one device, all you need to do is set up a PixelMags account on your original device. Click HERE to learn how to create a PixelMags account.

My App seems to be crashing.
This could be due to a corrupted file during a download. To ensure stability of your App, we recommend deleting and downloading a fresh copy of the App. Click HERE for instructions.
My App is stuck on 'Upgrading Database'?
After updating an App, you may notice that the App is stuck on 'Upgrading Database'. This is typically caused by a disruption during the download. The best way to resolve this is to delete and download a fresh copy of the App from the App Store. Click HERE for instructions.
My issue is stopped on "Downloading Paused" and there are blank pages.
What this typically means is that you encountered a disruption in your network during the download, and this may have corrupted the issue. It is important to note the App must remain open while the download is completing. If the App closed before you completed the download, you will not receive all of the content.

I am getting an error "Sandbox Environment Error - No Test User Account"
This is due to an AppleID error, please visit HERE for troubleshooting instructions.
I keep getting logged out of my account / I have to log in each time I use an App.

Do I get a digital editions with my print subscription?
Here at PixelMags, we provide a way for publications to distribute their magazines via the App and are entirely separate from the actual publisher. To be able to view magazine issues through our App, they must be purchased directly through the App or have a corresponding subscription agreement with PixelMags.
If your print subscription included a digital edition and is not listed HERE, please review the purchase receipt or contact the Publisher for further instructions.

What devices are compatible with the PixelMags Apps?
Our apps are currently compatible with IOS devices: iPad, iPad Mini, iPad Air, iPod and iPhones. Some of our apps are also available on the Kindle Fire.
Do you have Android Apps?
Unfortunately we do not support the Android platform at this time. Our developers are hard at work and we hope to have an Android-related announcement in the near future.
Can I print my magazine?
We currently do not have a specific printing feature in place at this time, although one option would be to take a screen shot of the page and then email the photo to yourself so it is on your computer and print it from there.
To take a screen shot, simply press the home button on the bottom panel of the iPad and the top power button simultaneously. The screen will then flash white and make a camera sound, if the volume is on, indicating that the picture has been taken. The screen shot will then automatically go into your photos application; it will be the last picture in your library.
How do I gift a subscription?
Unfortunately this is not supported through iTunes at this time. Subscriptions are tied to an Apple ID and iTunes does not allow for overlapping subscriptions.
